Delivery & Postage

Postage is charged at £4.95 for all orders below £20.00 on mainland UK. £20.00 and above then it is free delivery. On all orders that travel across water including the Highlands of Scotland, the Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and for International orders, we will advise you what the carriage will be before we send it.

We aim to send your order as soon as possible after we receive it by 1st class post – the sooner you receive the sooner you get to enjoy the Tiger Lily range of foods. However, there may be the odd instance when we take a couple of days to get your goods underway. If it will be any longer, then we will contact you to explain why! If you need the product for a special date, please make us aware of this and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver at the weekends or on bank holidays.

Refund & Returns

Whatever you need, always best to give us a call – 07538 854 864 or 07538 548641. Alternately you can email either Steve or James at…. or Likewise if you need to cancel an order at any time, just get in touch.

As we use third party post and couriers, breakages can always happen, so if something arrives not quite right or if something arrives broken, just call us and we will sort it for you with either a replacement or a refund.

If you need to cancel an order at any time, again just call or mail us. As you are buying over the Internet, you can return your order for a full refund if you do not like the look of it. You have 7 days to do this from receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, as the items are food….you can not taste them and then return! You will need to send the goods back in tip top condition and at your expense. Unfortunately if they are broken on the return journey, we can not accept liability. Once received, we will then issue a full refund for the goods and the original postage, if paid. This should be done within the week.
