We grow our Lily Pepper plants in Java for its special climate and natural surroundings.

Our Lily Peppers growing cycle:

• Grown in special coconut husk compost to establish a good root source.
• The soil is fed with a by-product from sugar cane which is rich in nutrients.
• Ash is also added to create the very best soil conditions.
• The saplings are transplanted to greenhouse or field.
• The Lily Peppers start off green and turn to vibrant red before harvesting.
• Any essential pesticides are passed to European and US standards and are only used as absolutely necessary.
• Each greenhouse holds around 4,000 Lily Peppers plants.
