Tiger Lily® Green Apple & Ginger Sambal Chicken Thighs
8 Chicken Thighs – bone in, skin on
½ jar Tiger Lily Green Apple & Ginger Sambal
Rice dish of choice
Can 2 ingredients provide such a flavoursome dish – oh yes! The best part of this is mopping the roasting tray of all the caramelised juices.
Trim Chicken thighs of excess skin, make 2 cuts down to the bone. Place in bowl.
Add ½ jar Tiger Lily Green Apple & Ginger Sambal to the thighs and massage in to the cuts in the meat
Place skin side up in a roasting dish, making sure all the sambal is on the chicken
Place in a hot oven (220°C/425°F/gas mark 7) for approximately 20-25 minutes
Serve on your cooked rice making sure to pour over ALL the pan juices, mop roasting tray with crusty bread.
