Penne Pasta with Peas, Broccoli and Lily Peppers®
Ingredients
(Per Person)

75g Penne Pasta

50g Cheese sauce
-
50g Broccoli
-
35g Fresh (or frozen…Ssssh!) Peas

30g Sweet & Mild Lily Peppers®
METHOD

Add penne pasta to a rolling boiling saucepan and cook for 8 or so minutes or ‘till done
-
In a separate pan, blanch off broccoli fleurets and fresh peas
-
Warm through some cheese sauce

Drain off the pasta and add to the cheese sauce and stir through

Add the broccoli and peas
-
Lastly, just before serving drain and add a tablespoon of Mild Lily Peppers®
-
Serve steaming hot
